Yesterday did my 1st job at Meritus hotel (F&B)
Wedding event
Haha...
You should see how I work...
I might be laughed at...
The dishes are all so heavy...
Can’t even carry it with one hand...

Once it reaches the table we have to potion it for the customer...
But I’m so bad at it...
I just place the dish and actually "RUN" away....letting them serve themselves...
Whahah...
At times when I really can’t run away...
I just try to portion it...
Well not all get the same portion...
Whahah

The funny part is the D-bone-ing of the fish...
Damn...
I never D-bone finish before...
End up I give up, my partner did it for me...
And RUN away again...

My toes all hurts after the event...
Damn...
F&B work suck...
But fun...
Haha
But I still prefer retail n sale line...
Wee....
